Lauren Elizabeth Mitchell is an award winning presenter, radio broadcaster, live event host and marketing professional. As one of the most recognisable voices in the North-east of Scotland she spent over eight years waking up audiences on the Jeff and Lauren Breakfast Show on Northsound 1.
